Hello again wonderful people i'm back with another game i love that i'm currently replaying, Yoshi´s Island. Well the actual name is Super Mario World 2 Yoshi's Island but nobody call it that its known as Yoshis island. Anyway this game is just as good as Super Mario World but its Yoshi. Again the first picture is the title screen so if you haven't played you can see it. I mean we have emulators so you should play it but if you don't want to ill sum it up for you and tell you why its great. You start the game looking at a baby mario surrounded by yoshi´s. You are the yoshis and you must take mario to luigi but be careful nothing really out to get you except the piranha plant, everything else just walks around and doesn't like being touched. So don't touch them. Now this game is very similar to Super Mario World in one major way the music, it´s amazing and really compliments the levels. For example a colorful field level has jumpy fun music but a dark castle has dark ominous music that helps set the mood. Also unlike all the other mario games this game doesn't have goombas or koopas in every levels, that's one of the bad things about mario the enemies are repetitive and not that different especially at the beginning of the game. Yoshis island is the same but it has its own enemies so its different at the same time. The bosses are also fun and creative this is also one of the first games to have baby bowser or bowser jr as a boss and not just a character. and the final fight with him is amazing here's a picture to show how suspenseful it was. He sits in the back ground moving closer and closer and the only thing you can do is try to aim properly and defeat him before he reaches you. He also shoot fire balls at you making the area smaller and smaller. For the time this game came out in 1995 this was amazing. Like Super Mario World i strongly recommend you buy or emulate this game and play through it. I hope you enjoyed this game reveiw thing and that you´ll come back next week to read another one.
